Sales Navigator AI ("we", "us") provides an AI sales co-pilot that grades calls and drafts follow-ups. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

• Account data: name, email, password hash, profile fields you provide.
• Your Content: call transcripts, audio you record in-app, scripts, offers, notes, and analyses generated from them.
• Usage data: log data, device and browser metadata, and feature interactions used to operate and secure the Service.

• To operate, secure, and improve the Service for you.
• To generate call analyses, follow-up drafts, and coaching responses you request.
• To communicate about your account, security, and service updates.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use Your Content to train third-party general-purpose models.

To produce analyses and drafts, we send the relevant transcript or message to third-party AI providers (e.g. Google Gemini, OpenAI) through our infrastructure. These providers process the data on our behalf under their enterprise terms and do not retain it to train their models.

You are responsible for obtaining any consent required by law from the other parties to a call before recording or uploading it. Some jurisdictions require all-party consent.

• Service providers (hosting, database, AI inference, email) acting on our behalf.
• Legal: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety.
• Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice.

We retain account data while your account is active and Your Content until you delete it or your account. Backups may persist for a limited period before being overwritten.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us at privacy@example.com to exercise these rights.

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
